MICHELIN Switzerland female Chef Awards X Veuve Clicquot
Hello Guys,
It's Tuesday and a new week has already started. As you have seen on my IG stories I am on summer holidays in Greece (I will show you more on the blog soon!!).
This morning I choose to share with you my latest experience with Veuve Clicquot , at the Michelin Switzerland Female Chef Awards which took place some weeks ago at one of my favorite hotel in Zurich, at the Dolder Grand Hotel.
In partnership with Veuve Clicquot, the world-famous restaurant Guide MICHELIN honours the work of a female Swiss chef for the first time with the MICHELIN Switzerland Female Chef Award 2017. Tanja Grandits from the two-star Restaurant Stucki in Basel was selected by MICHELIN Guide inspectors.
Everything was amazing! We also had the opportunity to taste some of the dishes which had prepared for us 60 chefs from Swiss Michelin - starred restaurants, combined them only with some of the best varieties of Veuve Clicquot champagne!
Guest of honour, Dominique Demarville , Veuve Clicquot cellar master since 2008, also presented us the latest innovation from Veuve Clicquot, the Extra Brut Extra Old, a premium cuvée created from the most valuable pure reserve wines. Matured for twice as long as required and with a very light dosage (3g/litre), the new Veuve Clicquot, Extra Brut Extra Old musters only the best from Maison history in this cuvée dedicated to the Gastronomie!
I was so impressed by the ceremony and everything was amazing, from the very elegant decoration of that day to every dish & Veuve Clicquot variety that I taste!
