One World Sleep
Hello Guys,
I hope you are well, and you had an amazing weekend even if you went on a trip, or stay in the city! My weekend was so relaxing, and It was the only thing that I need after such a busy week. This week we've finalized all the last details about a very interesting project, that I will be posted very soon on the blog and I am very excited about!
Hopefully, I took advance of the sunny Saturday, and I went for sunbathing at Letten. My relaxing Saturday continued until the night when I had the opportunity to participate at an amazing and so special event.
Some weeks ago, I took an invitation from IKEA, in order to attend the #ONEWORLDSLEEP event. When I first read the info, its sounds me weird, to spend my night at Halle 622, attending an 8hours concert of Max Richter. On the other hand, as you already know, I am a big fun of IKEA (see my latest post with IKEA here), so I trust them so much, and I was sure that this would be a unique experience!
I arrived at Halle 622, around 22:00 in order to be prepared for my night there. The scene was magic. At the entrance there was a huge projection of the earth (like the cover of Max Richter "Sleep" album) which mirage on the dark room!
When I enter the main area there was also a projection of a map with names and where is my own Dream Bed. I found mine, where a fluffy bathrobe and some other goodies from IKEA were waiting for me. There was also an IKEA "how to " brochure, where you get all the info about the night, always with the unique graphic style of IKEA. At the end of the room, there was the stage where Max Richter and his band would played for us for 8hours.
Before the concert started, I enjoy a welcome (relaxing) drink and just fall into one of these so cozy IKEA armchairs. I forgot to say that the place was full of cozy sofas and armchairs. After that I wore my bathrobe and just relaxed at my double IKEA dream bed, waiting the concert to start.
Around 24:00, the concert started and from the first minute my body was so relaxed and I was totally sure that I would enjoy a perfect sleep. There was also a live streaming of the night, where everyone could enjoy the magic music of Max Richter.
At 08:00 the concert finished and we were ready to enjoy our breakfast, relaxed and ready to return to our homes, full of energy after this perfect combination of IKEA and Max Richter.
It was an amazing night!
